357 all weather

Post by Oldbrass » Sun Nov 08, 2020 6:54 pm

Finally got the new AW to the range. After I got it on paper I got this group dialed in at 50 yards on my elbows. Some reloads I had for the GP100 ,158 sierra semi jacket soft point/W296 I'm pleased they work well in the henry also. I need some more range time with it I think I can get the group tighter . But what a fun rifle to shoot , it cycles like butter and excellent trigger.

Hard to beat a 357 for just plain fun at the range. Congrats looks like you have a good group there.

Oldbrass, that is some fine shooting! Wouldn't change a thing. Now you need a Henry .45 Colt! Unless you already have one of course.

Nice work with a nice rifle. 357 Anything is a guaranteed good time at the range. The All Weather is "on the list."

Good shooting there, Oldbrass. Enjoy your new Henry. They are fun to shoot.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.
