Has anyone, among you tested this recoil reduction accessory, on a Glock 21 45 ACP?
the idea of progressiveness of the springs seems interesting, but I do not know if it is really effective, and if it reduces the recoil, and especially the raising of the barrel ...
in the same vein, what will be the effect of a sound reducer, which weighs down the front of the barrel ?
Sound side, it's really good with 45 ACP, natively subsonic ...

I have a heavier spring in my G29, and really can’t tell a lot of difference. My G21 is stock, and is a very pleasant 45 to shoot.
