Don’t dismiss the Skinner sights. They work well. And, may put off the need for a scope. Good luck.

Skinners are not optics, as in scope. Give them a try. Have heard all good about them. Wish I had looked into them before I scoped my BBS 357. Might still do that at some point.

TC are you shooting factory loads or reloads and does it do that with all factory ammo and all reloads?

Do you have a friend that could try shooting it and see the results?

Wondering what procedure you used to adjust. If it's like my H010 45/70, there's a small screw at the front of the sight, that
needs to be loosened before trying to tap one way or the other. Kinda sounds like the sight hasn't moved much, if any.
Just a guess, may be totally off.

I used hornady revelations 325 gr and yes i loosened the front of the rear sight to move it to the right as it was shooting 2” to the left at 50 yards no matter how far to the right i moved it it still shot 2” to the left

Strange, for sure. I'd send Henry an email ( may be a waiting list ), & see what they can tell you or do. I think, from their message
on their site, some are working from home, to answer emails, etc.
Give it a try, nothing to lose at this point.
Good luck, pardner. :D

Is the front site centered to the muzzle?
I bought a Small Game Carbine and had similar issues before I realized, the front site was considerably off center.
I could not drift it. Seemed frozen in the dovetail...so off to Henry it went, and it was corrected.
Just a thought...

I still think I would try another box or two of different factory ammo to see what the results are.
