That does look good Al. Your Pontiac is probably better than the one my wife had some time ago. Gads, I wanted to shoot that POS every time I looked at it. Something was always wrong with that heap. Thank goodness we sold it a few years ago. %#@+*&^#! Ok, better now.

Well I did move the portable stand out beside the barn yesterday 100 yards.
The Rossi needs a slight windage adjustment but I figured it out. 3 out of 5 on the Big 10", then first shot on the 4". That one turned it plumb around, those 180's put a good smack way out there. Pretty good I thought seeing how this is the first time in quite a while I've shot it at the 100 yard mark.
Went back and swapped it out for the 45 Cowboy, 4 out 5 with those 255 and 9.5 grs Unique. Was the first time ever shooting it at 100 yds.
Took the Marlin 25 MN it's a 22 mag, scoped that is and the first time shooting it at 100 yds also.
Dangit man 5 for 5, had fun except I had a squib load in the 357, just took a couple seconds to get out.
All in all a fun afternoon after I got some chores around the house done.
Some pics.

Iron sights at 100 yards, that is impressive Randy. What was the squib about? And, that 9.5gr Unique load looks like something I might try.
Good shooting! Likin" your backyard.

Tom, I'm not sure unless by chance I light loaded that particular round.
It sounded alright best ya can tell wearing protection.
But when I went to cycle the next round it would only go in about half.
At first I thought that something was wrong with the round I trying to put in.
Ejected that one and tried again, that's when I discovered it.
Guess it's a good thing it didn't go much farther or I may have a bad day.

Ohh whee! Good thing you didn't press your luck. That could have become a laundry moment!

Like I said I was lucky that it didn't go any farther than it did.
Or yes, dirty laundry and most likely a screwed up gun.
Oh, I did Thank the Lord, jus' so ya know.

Love the view of the target looking down that rifle barrel! Great shooting at 100 yds.!
About that squib load.... I had a couple of those in my .38 Special loads a year or so back when shooting my Ruger LCR 357.
I'm thinking bad primers maybe as the bullet stuck at entry to the short barrel and was easy to punch out with a wooden dowel.
Usually the Dillon 550 powder dump works flawlessly but I do check for powder on each load.

Could've been a bad primer, I have no idea.
It was easy to get unstuck, just slide a cleaning rod down the barrel and gave it a couple good taps with the palm of the hand and it fell right out.
Lucky I was, as to where it stopped.
