Our deputies, RetiredSeabee and CT_Shooter, are really earning their non-pay. They are repelling the attackers from the site. If you look at the member list, especially the last page or two, the inactive members are spammers trying to get in here and wreck our site for fun. With our deputies on duty, they are not successful.

Take a look. When I have a few spare minutes, I'm going to permanently delete them. First I have to find my phaser so I can vaporize them.

I just put on my hat and it was too small. Russian and Romanian and Chinese attackers are always a pleasure to thwart with my Henry, er, I mean keyboard!

Many many thanks to all involved. The Mo forum has just been through an ordeal , had to change password etc. Thanks to the quality folks here the disruption is being kept to a minimum. Henry = load on Sunday get rid of spammers all week. Oh that's right it is Sunday time to reload. This is a most wonderful place to be.

Good people and informed people posting make or break any forum.

Moderators and forum helpers help keep it going but without good posters... forums would die off and/or be dull.

Communication is the key when it comes to owners, moderators and posters.

I am glad that this forum has no malware, viruses, etc.

Heavy ads and some threads that have computer glitches in them where you can tell a moderator about them over and over again but it is allowed to continue will disrupt any forum.

One post with one of those glitches that contain some type of malware or a virus by an innocent poster or not so innocent poster will MESS UP a forum, it's safety and function.

nice work indeed .... their efforts on our behalf have been remarkable .... on Wed Jun 01, 2016 I started keeping copies of messages in which RetiredSeabee and CT_Shooter listed the screen names and, in most cases, their countries of origin .... a few minutes ago, I saved the 90th message .... all have at least one name, most have several, some pushing 10 .... as but one example, the following is a list of screen names that have been dealt with today :
