Can already tell; you're an artist. Nice work. My wife likes working with colored pencils also.Ozarkwoodswalker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 2:58 pmFirst try with color pencils ..going slow and trying to figure out layering colors....interesting to me....

Nice job so far. ..
I used to do some cartooning for the kids when they were young,
Seem to have lost the touch.
Good luck..

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.
I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Re: Started a color pencil drawing
looks like feathers or string glued to the paper instead of a pencil drawing .... nicely done indeed
Re: Started a color pencil drawing
Very cool. I can hardly draw a stick-man! Keep us posted as it progresses. Great start, that's for sure!

Excellent. I wish I had had the time to take some art classes to continue the cartooning I did for Tina and the kids. That is very impressive.

Nice work.
I was always a frustrated artist. Can't draw. Did photography for a long while, but never got results that I felt were up to scratch. I did OK with woodturning, but definitely not anything I would consider outstanding in comparison to other turners. Not sure where to go from here.

Look beside you. You have done a GREAT job with pup. Most daughters her age would rather be spending time at the mall, hanging out with friends, or worse. Having your girl as a shooting partner and accompanying you on other adventures says volumes. (For you and the other parents here investing time.)clovishound wrote: ↑Sat Sep 14, 2019 2:20 amNice work.
