This year we've been disappointed in the performance of the vaulted New York Yankees against the L A Dodgers. We tuned in last
night thinking this would be a four game series and last night would end it.
Boy were we surprised. When Volpe hit the home run the game took off. Great fun to watch from then on.
Understand, we aren't cheering for either team, we just want to watch good baseball.
Freddy Freeman has been magnificent so far. A home run in every game.
The pitching hasn't impressed us much. I think the managers must have used their entire bull pen a couple of times by now.
Game 5 is in New York tonight and if LA wins that would end, it so it's sudden death from now on. We hope NY wins so the
series will go on for a bit.
It sure beats watching the news with all the election BS going on.
