Thanks all. I shot at the new stand traps and they worked perfect. I wanted to get them setup before the snow flies so I can shoot this winter. Seems funny but I shoot way more in the cold Wisconsin winter. In the summer there is so much to do and in the winter it’s common to gets snowed-in.
So true. Shooting has to compete with so many other activities in our No Snow season, too.

As Sgt. Schultz used to say….. interesting, very interesting. But replace the interesting word with “Clever”. Great idea.

Imagine Spock’s and Schultz’s roles reversed.

Nice looking stands, should serve well.
I'm imagining a snowy morning where everything is covered with snow, and there's a big cap of snow on the target traps too. One or two shots into a trap and the resulting shock and vibration should clear it off nicely. Those may even be the most fun shots, given their effect.
