More of a summer day rather than a spring day. Drought is still prevalent, fire hazard is always present. Everyone have a great day!🇺🇸

Morning back Randy.

50 this morning with a nice soft rain. Rainy on and off all day with the bulk of it coming in later. We’re starting to get small brush fires breaking out here and there, nothing big yet but it’s coming. Speaking of fires, I’m planning on going up to the property to start a fire……a little one  . With all this rain it should be a good day to burn. I don’t have much, maybe 2 hours worth of burning.

We’re going back up for five days next week and the weather is looking good.

62 @ 9:24AM under a clear Carolina Blue sky .... predicted high 85 followed by an overnight low of 50 .... sadly, no rain for a few more days .... hauling off trash and a meds/grocery run to Walmart are on tap for later this morning .... nothing major at hand

We got almost an inch of rain last night which is a lot for us. Now I can put off getting the irrigation pump fixed for a bit longer.

My neighbor's place where the pump is located has been vacant for a couple of years due to a fire (he passed from smoke inhalation  ) and several weeks ago someone actually stole the approximately 150' of wire going from the panel to the pump. I've been hesitant to replace it, afraid they'll come back and take it again.

T-shirt weather the last few days and I’m heading to Florida in the morning. I should have gone a month ago.

Good morning, another a nice one on tap today, low 80's for the high with plenty of sunshine.
Grandson has a ballgame this afternoon.

Safe travels, Gene.

Thanks Randy. Two inches of rain in the forecast here and I’m heading to sunshine and 80’s. After the winter we have had I’m ready for it.
