Those rifles are as good looking as they are accurate.

A couple of great looking rigs ya got there. Stocks are a really nice addition.
The range looks great too, always nice to have your own place to shoot.

Glass is ordered, but I don't expect it to make it here for at least a week.

We were out and about yesterday. Today is my wife's 50th birthday and my son's 22nd. I'm planning on picking up some steaks for dinner.

If I have time this week i'll work on the range. I may have a way to get an extra 50yds or so out of it.

The view down the straight of the range.

The corner of the trees that interrupts the LOS.

If i remove the parts in red, i think i'll have gained as much as 50yds. I'm a little squidgy about distance as i've not checked with a range finder to confirm.

Whelp, two long, hard days of work, one with some help from a friend.

Max distance 238yds. I believe I can stretch it to 250 yds, but I'll have to wait until August when the ground dries up a bit. It is awfully squidgy back there in the tractor. That would put me about 250 yds from this shooting position.

Up next is finishing the 300-yard range. I've got much bigger trees to fell in that area.

That orange steel really shines in the trees. Fun!

I had the m24 clone out the other day. I'd picked up a timminey trigger for cheap. I hadn't planned on changing the original trigger, but...

While swapping the trigger i swabbed the bore clean and oiled everything. Once done reinstalled and torqued down to 65inch lbs. I may take it up to 80 inch pounds.

First 6 shots with new trigger, clean and oiled bore at 100yds. Point of aim is bottom of thin inner diamond

The numbers, i numbered these incorrwctly. It started on the far left and ended up on the right.

I made a slight correction for windage in the scope, and shot for a 10 round group. Same point of aim

Next up.... i need to put all my rifles in the hornady and AB quantum aps.

Very nice, not likely to miss any target of size. Will keep an eye out for the next round of updates.
