The Adult Evening Beverage

Evening tea, and watched a huge storm pass through. Thunder, fork lightning and heavy rain. Here's a pic of our pump house looking east just as the stormm rolled in and the last light was on the hills.

A beer tonight in memory of my grandfather who passed away today at the age of 78.

Those Angry Orchard Ciders were so good last night, I had a few more tonight while trimming and burning
some [a start] of bushes and trees around here, WHEE Gotta take advantage of a few cool days

Tea time soon in the Henry mug. If it doesn't rain tomorrow, my wife may go for a ride in the forestry with me. Rain on and off all summer pretty much, but it's better than being on fire watch. If no riding, I'll get some range time in. Time to start wearing the jingly spurs and bright red scarf....hunting season now and one of my horses is elk colored!

Tea time. Wife and I rode the forest reserve today. Will post some photos in the pic thread later. Great day, cool and breezy. Saw lots of country. Didn't do much bush or high country riding, too tough on my wife. Just checked a few cows. Grizzly took a calf yesterday.

Oh ya, we went out for nachos for supper to local pub. I actually have beverages to post!

Had a few the last two nights with my friends here in Pittsburgh! Been a few good days with friends and family on this trip.

Last night I missed the 'adult beverage' post while my wife and I were at the movies. We saw War Dogs which was fairly entertaining. Probably could have been better but it involved humor and guns so that's all I really need.

Still humid here, but 66 deg. now and a high of 73 tomorrow !! Trying to get a range trip in
for the am, and to Sister's in eve. for Mom's 86th B-day, I just put a new battery in her car today !!
