I selected Phizer as that is the one we're scheduled to get on Monday morning.

Never heard if AstraZeneca.
Got my second shot of Pfizer yesterday. No side effects so far.
Not even a sore arm. The nurse was really good both times and I never felt the needle.

Seems to be fewer reactions to the second dose of Pfizer as compared to the Moderna as far as I can tell by those who have gotten it. I'm just waiting for things to normalize a bit.

Both the wife and I got the Moderna vax. We are scheduled to take our second doses the 9th of March. The wife and eldest G'daughter both complained of sore arms for 2 days after 1st shot.

Mine came thru the VA, so, no choice as far as I know, so I got Moderna. No issues on either shot. 2nd one was 2 weeks ago, no side effects. And, that's the first I've heard of AstraZeneca.
I saw yesterday, the VA will now have available, all 3 versions, Pfizer, Moderna, J&J.

The AstraZeneca vaccine was developed in the UK with US funding and is currently in use in Europe, Canada, and India. It is still in clinical trials in the US.
BY CAITLIN YILEK, CBS News wrote:The AstraZeneca vaccine is already being administered internationally, after it received the go-ahead from the European Union, the U.K. and the World Health Organization in recent months.

Well, we were supposed to get the Phizer, which is the one I preferred, but when we got there this morning, it was "Moderna Day". They reassured me that both are equal and both are good and you really needed to take what is available (or nothing, lol), so I got the Moderna. Which makes the Poll inaccurate. Moderator take off a Phizer and add a Moderna, if possible.

Nothing worse than a little sore arm, so far anyway. No worse than a Tetanus Shot.

You should be able to make that change yourself. Just select Moderna and re-submit.

My wife got her second Moderna shot today and I get mine tomorrow morning at 8 am. First shot reaction was soreness in my arm the day after and that passed by the end of day.

Bear in mind, sometimes soreness is caused by not relaxing the muscle before the injection. It works.

The wife, G'daughter, and myself are getting our 2nd shots of Moderna this afternoon. The girls c/o painful arms on the 1st shot. I had just a little bit of discomfort.
Guv Abbott is going to free Covid slaves tomorrow. YEA!!! Would be wonderful if we could get back to NORMAL. I have a very DIM view of our future. I guess that we are getting the government we deserve.
Sorry, I know too political.

It’s my understanding over the last 20 years that the more symptoms you have the more you needed the vaccine.

I have received a flu shot ever year since 2003. The only exception was in 2020 because they were almost impossible to get and so far in 2021 have I gotten one.

Of course I rarely leave the house.
