What did you do at your reloading bench today?

Those 180'2 came highly recommended on the forum, I am really looking forward to sending them down range and getting a chrono on them.
I ran 10.2 gr of 2400.

Hey Greyhawk, did the same thing last week with the same MB Buffalo. I dropped 36.5 grn of IMR4198 on half the rounds and 43.5 of H322 on the other half. Hope to Chrono them this week. What powder did you load with?

I also loaded 50 rounds of .357 for the Henry using the Missouri Bullets Hi Tek 180 grn Striker's. I am looking forward to putting them through the Henry as well.

Please post how you like them.

I'm starting out in the trap door realm of 30 grains of H4198. Made 20 rounds and will see how the do. (10 for the Henry, and 10 for the Marlin)

Tumbled clean, 75 pcs 45/70 brass. Ready for primers, flare.

loaded up some 357 with 6.9gr of CFEpistol under 158grn Nozlers. It has become my go to load for my BBS. Need some more practice on the my cardboard rams. Sure wish my local range allowed steel.

I have some of the 500 gr. 45-70 bullets sitting in a box and thinking of loading them with Alliant Black MZ for the 1885 High Wall.
Haven't tried those with MZ but have done so with the 405 gr. bullets.

what did I do about reloading today.. .. well, I made an absolute and final decision .. .. that being when we head west in a few weeks to send the summer in South Dakota, I'm going to take pack supplies to load 2 levels of 44 Mag and a light load 38 Special ....

well, the above decision has been modified a bit .. .. I've decided to add a good supply of 357 range ammo for our BBS 357 .... for them 14.8 gr of W296 will be pushing Zero Turn 158 gr JHP's

NICE! You need some Alliant Black MZ and a 200-250 gr. lead bullet....smoke and lead!

Thanks Randy and Forty. Forty I have plenty of that Swiss 3f in the basement. I think I would use that if I was going to smoke up a 45 colt. But I have one of those Ruger Old Armys down there and a 1860 cap I think Id use them for that. I do like that Sheriff model 1858 that Howard had though to.
