I suspect the price is a typo or this is a scam. Check it against this price.

Norma ammo lists it for 8.49. They often have 15% off and free shipping deals. I've found all their ammo to be excellent quality, clean, and the brass is superb.

I will note that all their 9mm seems to have crimped primers pockets. When I decap them I either do it by hand, or with a thin decapping tool Like redding or rcbs, Lee and lyman are to thick.

There is four different suppliers who are selling this same ammo for right around the same price. According to reddit that company is legit. They also take Visa and Mastercard. Usually scams dont take credit cards as the card companys protect you against a scam. That being said I dont suspect the scam in this case.

According to their website:
Maryland Munitions, Inc. (MMI) launched in January 2021. We spent 2021 finding scarce ammo & bringing it to Mid-Atlantic gun shows. MMI has grown to the point that we need a larger audience for our ammo.
Since all ammo was scarce during covid, they maybe made the ammo shortage worse. The cheap price could be the result of buying too much and they now need to sell it off. Just speculating.

Reading the velocity and accuracy testing results it appears this NORMA ammo isn't worth the price being charged.

Norma is a Swedish manufacturer of ammunition and loading components. Eco Speed is a leadfree 22lr will probably need faster rate of twist to stabilize, EU working on leadban so guess we need bigger and closer targets and big wallets to compete in shootingsports in the future  . Seen some test with aTikka t1x 22lr, that gave around 1inch pattern at 25meters, about 2inches at 50meters, 4inches 75meters.
