Miss T made sure she upgraded to the textured heavier steel. You can feel the difference. These things are solid and will really do the job if you need them to stop a true fall rather than just stabilize movement.
There are specifications for nursing home and hotels about grab bars. I think they need to support about 600 pounds to be ADA compliant. You were smart to make sure they were installed right.

Using a smaller tile above the trim strip is a real nice touch. And the smaller sized diamond inserts look perfect.
I really like it too. There are two current projects going on in the forum that I’m paying attention to. In a year I’m adding a major addition and am getting ideas.
