Here in Pa. you can only take 1 buck. I hunt horns in archery season and if I don't get the big one than I 'll shoot any legal buck in the firearms season. I have taken 1 buck and and a couple of does with it. I have 3 great hunting loads I'll share. There are so many .45 colt loads that shoot well. That's the great thing about the .45 colt, there is always something else to try.

Thanks for the loads. My 45 colt is going back to Henry because it’s putting quiet a few scratches on the brass. They are not too deep l, but in one spot the scratch is deep enough to catch my nail. I don’t know if this is a big deal but they said to send it back so I’ll just comply. They also said they’ll make sure the wood fits good since it developed some play on the foregrip.
