I really, really, really, love my rifle. And she loves me back. The more I use it, the more I realize what a fine , as my wife says, instrument it is. Went to the indoor range today, use up a lot of ammo, shooting .38s, then .357s, then back to the .38s and she did not miss a beat. Shot in three different positions( I'll be sore tomorrow) and just obliterated the bull's-eye on my targets. I also shot a 1920's Winchester lever action while the guy who own the gun was shooting mine. We were both impressed. While we were shooting, his buddy was lighting up the range with some kind of Keltec semi. that folded down to about 24 inches and weight about nothing. A good time was had by all! :D

on most of the public ranges I've visited over the last few years, about the only time I see many more bolt action and lever action rifles is right before hunting season .... its good to hear of folks being able to exchange lever actions so as to experience other brands

Some of my favorite memories are at the range.

I'm glad you are enjoying your rifle.

Actually, the guy just called me yesterday and we are going to meet up next week at the range and do some damaging of targets. Should be fun.

So true JEBar. At the outdoor range I go to easily 80% of the rifles are some form or AR variant.
