What's the trigger weight on your Big Boy?

Post by Retlawman » Sun Apr 23, 2023 12:47 pm

I just bought a Wheeler Professional Digital guage. The average of my three pulls came to 3Lbs 5oz. Very happy with that. My carbine has only 50 rounds through it. What's yours?

No gauge here so I haven't a clue, the BBB 44 is from "07, with no telling have down it. It's pretty smooth.
The BBS 41 is an early production, heck I'm getting old and can't remember if that was "16 or "17, but anyway.
It's been shot quite a bit and the trigger on it isn't bad at all either.

My Big boy came with a 3.5lb trigger with a little creep. After a little work it is 2.25lbs without creep.

No idea. Everytime I try to check it, the gun goes BANG, and throws everything off. ;)

No clue. I just get used to the trigger whatever it is. Guess I wouldn't mind knowing though.

Big Boy Classic .357, 3 pounds 10 Ounces

Big Boy Steel Side Gate .44, 4 Pounds 10 Ounces

Factory which is just fine for me. Not target guns and not guns that I want light triggers on.

Thanks👍. That gives me an idea of where my BBS 357 might be. Mine is the same as whatever it was, since out of the box over 4 years ago.
I don't see myself having a trigger pull gauge any time soon, but, it's nice to know.
