Thanks for suggesting the cleaners. But how to get at the transfer bar channel to flush it out is still a mystery. It's not like a Henry where you can see the top of the transfer bar and channel in the Henry hammer. In the Uberti revolver the top of the transfer bar and channel is hidden behind the firing pin in the hammer. It's not obvious how one goes about removing the firing pin and transfer bar.
