Heaviest bullet you have accuracy shot in 45 colt

Im a guy who doesnt think just because you have a 44 mag or a big boomer you need to punish yourself and run them at full power. A 44 mag with a 250gr Keith swc and 10 grains of unique will take care of anything Im going to hunt not to mention it will take care of a griz. I also have a 475 linebaugh which pushes 45-70 size bullets from a pistol case. I once had someone comment to me that speed trumps size. My response was I dont think a ferrari will do more damage than a Kenworth. Al

I shoot 452 in mine and they shoot great. I use the Missouri cast 250gr rnfp coated bullets. I have never had the desire to use monster bullets in a 44 mag or the 45 colt. I have a 45-70 if I want monster bullets. 10 grs of unique powder and a 240 or 250 swc will bring down anything I need to shoot with it. Al
