Two weeks ago, on Monday, I received my new BBS 357. I cleaned and lubed it and took it to the range on Tuesday. As I began to fire the rifle the action started getting harder and harder to operate. I quit before I had fired 20 rounds because the action was getting to difficult to operate. I came home and decided, if I took the lever off to try to remove the bolt, I would not be able to get the bolt out. I called Henry and they said to send it in. I received the shipping label and shipped it that day. It arrived in Rice Lake the following Tuesday, and they shipped it back the following Monday. I received it on Friday and went to the range today. All is well! They said they de-burred the bolt and the receiver.
It is a pleasure to have a fine gun and a company that stands behind it. Consider me a satisfied customer on both accounts. Thanks Henry!

Re: Thanks to Henry
Sometimes I wonder how they allow rifles like this to get shipped, but to their credit, they fix them.
