I thought the rubber tip was for safety with rounds in the lever rifle tube.

Flat Point and Round Nose ammo has been 'safely' used since 1866 in tube feed rifles.

Aren't you loading Flat Point or Round Nose bullets for your Henry?

It also talks about the accuracy and ballistics, but I just mentioned that the rubber was supposed to be safer in a tube mag according to the marketing of it. Yup, I only shoot lead flat nose ammo and lots of it with no issues, and not about to change anytime soon. But hey, thanks for the reminder.

I've never purchased it but have reloaded the FTX bullets in both .357 and .44 mag without problems.

Im another one who will use it because it shoots very well in my all weather 45-70 accuracy is superb. I have a box downstairs and my get a couple more just to have on hand never know might need it.

if you'll remind me in early January when we are getting ready to go to Texas and if you guys will be there, I'll be more than happy to bring you the piece of a box I have .... I have no use for them whatsoever

Im going to Texas in January if we ever get back to Normal. I will be in Port Aransas for 2 months at the Pioneer RV park on the beach. I already have a spot reserved. I will need to look and see how close we might be to you at anyone point of your many moves.
