we took our Sportchassis in to have them find and an air leak and why diesel would drain away from the engine if parked for overnight or much longer .... just got a call and they have found an air leak, cracked valve to be replaced .... naturally, after sitting overnight it cranked right up for them this morning .. :!: :?: :!: .. they are going to keep it a few days and check it again on Monday

With my granddaughter’s medical problem and having to take her Sioux Falls over the summer. And going right by the Estelline exit we might be able to stop for a meet & greet.

another item checked off our Pre-trip checklist .... our Sportchassis is back home, parked in front of our camper, where its ready to hookup for next weekend's final outing prior to us pulling out for South Dakota .... no complaints about having a large labor bill to replace a cheap part .... that sure beats having a large labor bill to replace an expensive part ....

Best wishes and safe travels to Dacotah. We have one trip planned to meet up with some Texas friends in Ouray,Co in July. Other than that back to the south in late November. We are already looking forward to that trip.

over the weekend while camped with our club our pre-trip preparations continued with checking all of our camper's operational systems .... after we returned home and unloaded the camper, we changed all four filters in our RO water filtration system .... checking the main coach battery, replacing two 8" florescent, and having the propane tanks filled are still on the todo list

with us scheduled to head west one week from today, its time to get serious about completing our pre-trip check list .... up for this morning, replacing the battery in both our lawn mower and camper in addition to filling the camper's propane tanks .... this afternoon vacuuming the camper's basement and beginning the process of packing equipment we will need in Estelline

refining our route and projecting fuel stops on a rainy day is a pretty good way to help maximize our TSD Logistics Diesel fuel discounts ===> http://henryrifleforums.com/viewtopic.p ... el#p200079 .... it appears this years fuel cost will be more than some years but cheaper than others in recent history
