There are others but for for ME it's the positive lever detent lockup upon closing. This was a MAJOR improvement over other lever action rifles.

love the shiny brass receiver octagon barrel and the impressive muzzle blast from the venerable 44 mag.

I love how smooth the action is. Like Butter.

I like the loading - and unloading - of the magazine tube of Henry center fire lever actions, over having to run rounds through the actions of the "traditional" Marlins and Winchesters. Digging 45-70 rounds out of the snow when unloading it, is mostly what sent my Marlin down the road . And I like that the Henry's don't have the redundant crossbolt safety that of both the Marlin and a Model 94 Winchester I still have do, but I'm not bothered all that much by it. Not to mention the almost fancy grade of Walnut my Henry rifles have .

Rounds seem to cycle smoother through it than my Marlin.

I can modify an H001 without destroying its valve. I can’t do that to a 39 or 9422.

Cartridge and style Choice.

I like the fact that they don't have a loading gate ....

They're just plain cool....

For me, as someone who has watched as many westerns as anyone, it will most likely remain my only lever gun. I buy few guns, and there are still a few out there I want so another rimfire rifle, or centerfire lever gun is way down on the list.

The finish on the All Weather.

A Henry lever-action is the first rifle I've owned. And I never have owned a rifle from another company, although I've shot some other-than-Henry rifles my son-in-law has. I'd agree with most "like" comments already made here about Henrys.
My .22LR SCG stays with me for the rest of its days!

Mostly though, I love the Henry wood --- finish, grains, color, fit, and checkering. Wood is good.

This^^^ and the wood is always some of the best you'll find. Not to mention, they're Henry's!

What I like about lever guns is the challenge to shoot them really well. And I'm not talking about just punching paper. I like to shoot them at reactive targets while I am moving and then re-engaging those targets while they are still moving. Shooting nirvana when you attain that level. An example would be hitting a can just right so that it flies up into the air and then hitting it again while it is still in motion in the air. I may start hunting birds with mine.
