Good deal on Big Boy 45 Colt

Shoulda coulda woulda…na nope nada.
Our local gun trader website had a Big Boy Classic in 45 Colt for sale recently. Price was $800.00 including a box of ammo which I thought seemed pretty good ???
Nice to see a Henry for sale at a reasonable price. As expected it sold quickly.

LGS has a 410 side gate for $856. Touched it and put it back. Also has a Texas commemorative 22 that has black finish with gold stars. I didn't touch that one. At least they are getting some in now.

Today, off the shelf here, one can buy a .22 Golden Boy and a .30-30 Brass (not sidegate).
Others available to order include Original Henrys, .45-70s, X model sidegates, steel sidegates. several .22 models (regular, tributes and engraved).

I scored a Big Boy steel side gate carbine in .45 Colt on GunBroker for $742. New in the box. No one else bid!

Cheapest elsewhere about $850, so indeed good score!
