My LGS has a new single shot in 357 Magnum. Has really nice wood and is priced at $385. I don't know any thing about them. Are they good shooters with decent ammo? How about trigger weight of pull? I have been thinking about putting it in lay away for a 90 day pick up and pay on it until pick up due date. Just not real sure I would use it. I would rather it be a 35 Remington.

I agree on the fact that the 35 would be more practical,
or I know it would be for me.
And out of All the deer I have killed with a 35 only one needed a second shot. ;)

Ive got one Bandit and I really like it. Trigger pull can be made better and I know you well enough from your posts and knowledge of firearms in general Im sure ole bandit could put a stone job on the trigger and sear. Theres a Henry video on taking them apart. I have extra hammer springs if you want to lighten yours like I did mine. Id send you one no problem. I think Esquared has some extra ones to that are a little heavier than mine bet he would turn loose of one if you wanted also. Have a red dot on mine its fun to shoot. Evan also has one. Think he likes it just fine. His is the brass model.

Make it so ..... rechamber to . 357 Max and sell the reamer when done. It is a super easy mod.
