Getting close on loads

As some of you know I've been working on reloading the .41 mag and I'm getting close. This batch is 210 grain Hornady xtp pushed with 21 grains of H110 and a federal LP primer. The Henry big boy steel was at 50 yards and the Smith & Wesson was at 30. Just for giggles I tried at 100 with the Henry and must have covered to much of the target with that big bead that comes as a front sight but still the group was about 7 1/2 inches. For some reason my chronograph wouldn't read but I'm still a grain away from max load.

Nice results. Shot my BBS 41 for the first time today. I put a Skinner peep on it before shooting it and the best I could do at 25 yards was 5.5-6" high. Just ordered a taller front sight for it so now just waiting on the mailman before I take it out again.

Thanks for the range report and your photos. I'd be very happy with a day like that; it's taking a giant step forward on the handloads.

First time posting from my phone on this forum, don't know why it doubled the first attachment. The 100 yard picture (3rd) shows an extra hole to the left, managed to get one on paper from the pistol. Does anyone else use a Pro Chronograph? I've never had any trouble getting readings on all my archery testing but can't seem to get it to work for bullets. Thanks, Dave
