RR, with the way you shoot that Frontier 50 I'm beginning to wonder if you plan to go counter to history and convert those cartridge guns of yours to BP. :) That's some amazing offhand work at 100 yards, my friend, even if you had been using a scoped cartridge rifle. Outstanding.

I say this because I have shot BP rifles for quite some time. At the range that I belong to there is target boards and steel swingers. At the 100 yard range there is a Buffalo that is about 12 inches high and 24 inches long. Ive shot at it while it laughs at us many times. Last time out I was shooting my Green River Rifle works 50 caliber Leman Trade Rifle. It weights about 10 lbs. I shot at the Buffalo about 6 times only hitting it twice offhand. Ranchroper would of hit in 6 out of 6 times with his gun. Give it a try with a 10 lb gun offhand and see how hard it is at 100 yards. Ranchroper has a gift with anything he shoots and I wish I could shoot half as good as he does.

Wow thanks. My Frontier is about 7 lbs. Might help a bit. Think I nailed it filing the front sight too.
