My Dillon die would squeeze it down to small and it would have an "hour glass shape" to the case. A die like that might help if the case doesn't expand fully to chamber size. Trick is to reduce some of the case contact for easier extraction.
I use a Redding Dual Carbide sizing die now and they come out like new factory brass.

How large of one you looking for? The Tombstone type in 3/8ths thick AR500 give a nice sound! Larger the better.
