Range Report: lots of rimfire

Post by Sir Henry » Fri Jul 17, 2026 9:53 pm

The smoke cleared by noon and I’ve been plinking on and off since then. I shot the Tactical 10/22 the most but also shot the Charger Mare’s Leg and my 22/45 and 22/45 Mk IV. It’s great having a lot of gongs set up. Wearing ear protection really muffles the gongs. The Tac 10/22 is suppressed and the gongs are actually loud without ears on.

I didn’t take pictures because I haven’t made changes to the range. If I did take pictures it would have been of the flash hider at dusk. It was on the Mk IV and the HV ammo spit a lot of burning powder.
