Went to this range today to put some rounds downrange with my Henry 45-70, getting dialed in for elk season. This range is world class, with many shooting stalls for every type of firearm, as well as a nice archery range.
Picked off some steel plates that are set for various yardages, and the 45-70 is realdy for elk out to 200 yards or so. If you’re in the Grand Junction Colorado area, you owe it to yourself to do some shooting at this range. You won’t be disappointed.
