Savage 112 BVSS 22-250

Post by Shakey Jake » Sun Oct 09, 2022 3:16 pm

Went to the range around 11 this morning. I shot 8 rounds at 200 yards. Here's the target. I was shooting 55 gr SBT with 38.3 gr of H380 powder.

Thanks. That rifle can shoot a lot better in skilled hands.

Wow that is great shooting at 200 yds Jake! How much adjustment for windage and elevation at that distance?

I've tried to sight in at 200. I didn't make any adjustments from the last time I had it out.

That Savage seems to be well tuned for that 200 yard shooting. That is certainly NOT a shabby group.

I somehow missed this thread. Only caught it by going through all the range reports. That is some impressive shooting at 200.

Missed it also somehow. Darn fine shooting Jake. Sure did like my 22-250 when I had it. Savage FVS 12.
