Another strange range day with Henry 44 carbine....

Hey Forty, For the last 3 years, I have been shooting Bear Tooth 250 gr hard cast, .432 dia., gas checked bullets through my .44 Mag BBB. Quite accurate with no tumblers/keyholers. These bullets feed perfectly with no severe leading. I use 18 grs. of AA #9 and get around 1650 fps velocity.
Only problem is the 3 - 4 month wait from order to delivery date from Bear Tooth.

Yeah I got it sorted out with the .431 bullets I had. I just had to run them faster like 1500 FPS out the rifle and about max for a coated bullet.
For slower plinking load like 1200 or less a .432 bullet might work better with the .4315 bore.

Bullets were miss sized and he took an extremely long time to fill the order. I was also not impressed with them after finally getting them.
