Here's a weird one....very windy today, about a 30 mph steady wind with gusts maybe to 40mph. The weird part is shooting a smaller target better than a larger one.

Both are 50 yds off hand. Frontier long rifle, 50 grains Triple 7, .490 ball, .015 patch.

Go figure?

Could be all that smoke getting in your eyes. Really, though, the way you shoot that Frontier makes so many modern guns look pretty bad.

I know I cant shoot that good without wind but looks to me like there would be steel ringin on all of those shots
