Sunday 14th February

Post by ruhler » Sun Feb 14, 2021 8:08 am

Today I went to the range, was a month ago since last time. Really nice weather for a change its been around minus 20-25degree Celsius for a couple of weeks and now it was around minus 5degrees. Wasnt really expecting to much when going to the range its been a couple of rough weeks with alot of stress. I quit when I shot a 46p serie, I always try to quit when getting good series as a positive memory when leaving the range.

Pistol Walther PPQ Q5 Match 9mm
Distance 25meters
One handed offhand shooting.
Load: 115grain Frontier RN CMJ bullet, powder Vithavouri N340, fiocchi small pistol primer and brass.

Thanks, I havent notice so much more than products from American manufacturers like Hornady is getting thinner on the shelfs, but People can still buy what they need from European manufacturers and thats what they use normally. But I guess the demand here hasnt changed either.

Great shootin in the deep freeze! Think my range is going to be sliding in the creek soon with another inch of rain and a possible ice storm coming this week. When will it end?

Just getting a semi-auto to go bang in that cold weather is a chore in itself. You shot quite well especially for the weather.

Yes, very nice to see another cold weather shooter. Good for you. It's been a little colder here, but not by much. Hoping things warm up this week.
