Well it is actually meat of our labor. I deer hunted in Ky . and my son in law hunted in Wisconsin. We finally got together a few days before Christmas and he prepared some appetizers and deer steak that was totally delicious. He is in the military and it is great to spend time with him when I can , and exchange stories.

nicely done .... when prepared correctly venison steak can be very good indeed
