A friend reproduces them and sells them on Etsy. I think they can be found on ebay, too. I've done a few using different labels he has. Colt had a few different styles of them. The last one I did I used a label that was just the instructions and no illustrations on it. As soon as I have a good box, I'm doing a case for a Remington Revolver Carbine. He has those labels, too. Do a search for Navy Colt on Etsy and you should find him.

It all actually started back when I made this for my Broomhandle Mauser with removable magazine. I wanted something like an andventurer/explorer might carry in the 1930's while traveling in Africa or the Far East:
