Sir Henry offered this as an alternative to the brass punch and hammer. Vise with leather strips on the jaws or use poly grip blocks. Front sight post are always hard to adjust cause there at the end of the barrel and the manufacture doesn't want the front sight post to move if it's hit like dropping the rifle or the shooter hit a tree when there out hunting. Adjustments should be made to the rear sight if the shooter needs to adjust side to side.
