I mounted a new Burris on my .360 carbine and it worked out quite well. I'm a little frustrated by the scope companies giving up on the lower power scopes. Also not happy about the batteries and reticles with enough lines to resemble a Chicago street map.

So I got this Burris mounted today and gave it a little road test at 50 yards. As you can see it just barely shoehorned into position without have to remove the rear sight. Ranger Point base and Warne medium rings. The last three shots in one hole with 200 gr. Lee cast bullets while set at 6X.
I also managed to round up an older Nikon 4X which I mounted on a Henry .45 Colt. Crystal clear glass and 7 shots in 1 1/4".
All in all....a good day at the range.
