Probably not the place to ask ,but here it is anyway...

First, Why do only a small proportion of notifications show up in the notification bar at the top of the pages?
Second, When you DO come across one of your previous post and see that someone has liked it, why is it so difficult to uncover, and dang near impossible sometimes to get that info?
And don't even think about that on the phone.
I did ask one of the mods once, but he didn't know, and said it was the same for him so it's not just Me.

I have noticed that as well.

Yup I have also noticed that. Ive just figured it was some sort of a software issue or it may be someones fault.

I find it annoying, most folks here don't even use it, but
if they do, I like to know who it is.
I mean if your going to have a feature, you should be able to see who is actually using it.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with which heart you click on, the top or the bottom.

WRONG.
I've tried everything, sometimes it works, but 90% it don't. Clicking the top one you either add a like or if have liked it, it removes it.
I mean if it doesn't work on the post it Should at least werk in the notification box.
Been like this since the conception of the site.

Yes, the heart the dang number, and back and forth a dozen times nada.
But yes, on the number is where it has to be, but it ONLY works part time, and like I said don't even think about trying to figure it out on a phone.
It NEVER has worked.
Been like that from day ONE.

I find that if I place my cursor over the number then remove my hand from the touch pad on my mac it will come up but it takes a second. As far as the phone goes forget it. Doesnt work

Tried don't werk either, have 2 likes on the opening post and have no clue who they are.
Why don't they at least show up at the top of the page.

One is from me and the other is from Ernie.

And the third one is bandit.

I noticed that as well. When I do see that, I select my Profile then Likes. It shows all likes, ones that I received and gave.
