Tap the full editor and preview.
It will drop down look for attachment, tap it,
Then there will be a add files, tap it and it should take you to your gallery. Tap pic, give it a few seconds to load.
Once it loads, it will show place in line, tap that and presto.

Hope this helps.

I did that and the heart turns to an outline of a heart, is that normal?

Yes. That means your "like" is turned on. The outline only appears when you have "liked" a post. If you roll your cursor over the lower heart (you may have to move it around a little; it's somewhere between the # and the X), you'll also be able to see who else liked it.

Thanks appreciate being patient with me. My 9 year grand daughter just told everybody knows that. Now I really feel dumb.

I posted a picture in one area and want to use that picture in another different post. Is there a way I can just prefer to that post so I don’t have a redundant picture?

At the post you want to jump to, right click on the post title you want to jump to. Select 'copy link'.
In the new post right click in the editor window and select paste (short-cut method press cntrl-V)

You can right click on the image in the first post and copy the image address. Then, create the new post using the Full Editor and Preview Window. Place your cursor in the window where you want the image to appear. Then click on the Insert Image Icon, which looks like a photo of a landscape, and paste the address between the two tags.

That's what I did to insert your avatar here:
