I will kick this one off with my meager collection.
All are Ken Onion designed Knives.
I started out with the orange Leek. I was looking for a good all around pocket knife that wouldn't break the bank.
Then I saw the little silver Chive a few weeks later and thought it would be a nice small knife for inside pocket carry.
Well you can't just have a large and a small without a medium. So I found the Navy Blue Scallion on sale and had to have it.

Too bad that top one doesn't say Henry on it.

I've collected a vast array of knives and used to run a little side business buying and selling knives. I've got a hoard of nice American made blades (kind of a theme of mine) and on most days I find a Kershaw in my pocket.
Today it's a D2 tool steel composite blade Kershaw Leek.

Best knives for the money in my humble opinion.

I couldn't agree with you more on value for the price. The more I carried the Leek the more I used it. I have had a knife in my pocket for years but rarely would bother to use it. Opening packages and such I would more often grab a pair of scissors or a screwdriver. The Leek just wants me to grab it and put it to work. And the blade is incredibly sharp. I have to be careful not to cut too deep and slice up the content of packages. I just started carrying this new Scallion and so far it is just as natural to use as the Leek.

A great knife too, but a bit harder to sharpen. The Scallion, Chive, Storm, and Shallot all have that "S" curve in the blade. Great slicers, but miserable to sharpen on a stone. I keep a ceramic rod handy for tuning up the edge on these.

My personal FAV is the long discontinued fullsize Kershaw Cyclone. Looks a lot like many of the ZT knives today and very well could have been their predecessor. Find a used one on eBay and they're still usually bring over $100

I carry a Scallion every day. Bought a leek but I feel it's just a little too long for waistband carry and it doesn't flip nearly as smoothly as my Scallion.

That said, if Henry were to partner and make an Orange Henry Leek, Scallion or Chive, I'd be all over it! Why not, both made in the USA!

Here's my Kershaw, I keep in shop for whatever. Had a long time, holds a good edge, but takes a while to get there !!
And my politically incorrect EDC blade, made in China, but locks good and is SS. [hope I didn't cross the politics line !] old pic.
