I've watched the past couple of series, but the new one hasn't screened here yet. It's really interesting to see the contestants turning various lumps of metal into functional weapons. It's definitely one of my favourite shows.

I saw it for the first time the other night after Vikings. It was definitely better than watching Cupcake Wars. :D

Momma taped it because it looked interesting to her. She showed it to me last night and we watched it. They made a Viking sword at the end. One guys was good and one was horrible. The knives they made before that were neat.

that wasn't a bad show but it was far from their best .... the range of edged weapons that the finalists have had to make in past seasons has covered the world .... some I'd never even heard of ... most of the bladesmiths on the show are very talented

It's amazing how much the balance affects the end product. Some look really nice but when they test them, they don't handle very well.

I watch very little TV unless it involved a baseball or football.
