This looks like a nice pistol, I don't know much about airguns but at least it's legal to pack around my property in Canada...love the 7.5" barrel, too bad there isn't a blued one.

Have never tried one of those, but I probably should, given my passion for single action revolvers. Hopefully, someone who has one will chime in.

It sure looks good, and the price isn't too bad either.

A few of my friends have one, and they are really well made. The only criticism that they all have with them is the disappointing power level. The maximum legal muzzle energy for an air pistol in the UK is 6 ft-lbs. The Colts - and most other replica pistols - have less than 2fpe of muzzle energy.

Apart from that, they are excellent. The SAA comes in 3 varieties here. Blued, 'antique' and stainless. The antique version emulates a revolver with lots of holster wear etc.

The workmanship is superb, and they come as close to the real thing that most people are ever likely to see.

I have a BB model with 5 1/2 inch barrel. It is a load of fun for plinking in my garage.

I suspect that the pellet version may get a good bit better accuracy. I have been thinking about getting one.
Daytime Dave has the same model I have if my memory serves me.
The weight and feel is very much the same as a real colt.

It looks like a well made gun, might have to add to the arsenal later on. Right now saving every penny for the H011C...

Unfortunately, that continuous supply of charged air or gas is necessity in a repeater. You can get both repeating capability AND power in PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) rifles and you can get both is some large PCP specialty pistols, but for conventional sized air pistols, CO2 is the only practical way to get repeatability, but power needs to be sacrificed in order to get a reasonable number of shots out of the small CO2 cartridges used. Still a decent option, though, for short range indoor work.

I just don't want to deal with CO2.

They may not be powerful, but they are lots of fun. As previously stated, it's about as close as I'll come to owning one for now.
