Personally, I think they ought to just have a random drawing of everyone who paid in between $500 and $2000 until they run out of those horrible guns and ammo, and deliver it to the winners.

I doubt they'd be stored. IRS want's that $40 million+/- pocket change to help pay down the national debt.

As for my plan, they already know the name, address, birthday, and ssn of everyone so shouldn't require you or anyone else, to put in for a random drawing. Give that AI database something to do. Besides, we bought all that stuff for them already so we shouldn't have to pay for any of it again.
