Cyber Truck

Post by GeoBoy » Sun Aug 04, 2024 11:10 pm

I was up in Maine vacationing and saw two Tesla Cyber trucks and I don’t want to offend anyone but that has to be most ugly vehicle I have ever seen. It appears to be useless and about as aerodynamic as a brick. Wow!

Saw one here in Greeley Co the other day and didn’t think to much of it.

It definitely gives the AMC Pacer a run for it's money, as far as ugliness.

I have seen a few; One was painted white looked weird. One all stainless steel. Looked like it needed an ice and water dispenser in the door. And I saw one that had been painted up like a WWII bomber. Had lady in a red dress as nose art. I don’t recall the name. The body was painted the colors of the B29. Even had the circle and star on the side. I wasn’t able to get a photo. It actually looked pretty cool definitely better than the other two.

That is the perfect comparison. There’s one running around Spokane and when I was in So Cal earlier this summer I saw several.

I think it looks more like a Gremlin. The Pacer is much too round.

I've only seed pictures on the internet. I thought it was a joke until I found out it wasn't. I can wait to see one for real.

I’ve seen a few around. Makes me think of the late 90’s sales gimmick for Kia and Hyundai…0% interest!

I just saw my first one in person this afternoon. Looks worse than the photos I had seen. What were they thinking, it is literally the ugliest vehicle I've ever seen.

Won’t be seeing many of these in Wyoming, and they are uglier than a mud fence.

They may be ugly but they do have a few ponies under the hood. I saw one at a car show alongside a 50’s Chev Apache and a 48 F-Series

Well golly, just saw one right here in Deer Park (pop 1500). And saw another one in Spokane yesterday with some kind of orange basket weave wrap on it. Not sure if it is from the factory or an aftermarket application. It was NOT an improvement. :o

Yeah, it was a toss up for me whether to make the comparison to the Pacer or the Aztec. In the end the Pacer won, but it was a close call.

Pacers could lead a useful second life as fish bowls though. Can’t say that for the Aztek.

Just saw the news that the first fatal crash happened in Texas. Cybertruck left the highway and hit a culvert. Burst into flames and burned so hot they can’t identify the driver. Plates and VIN melted too. Yikes…
