Im not getting the math done in this deal at all. Seems to me the MNW offer is better than the Czech offer. This is not a good thing I don’t think

There goes Federal, CCI, Remington, Hoppes, Uncle Mikes, etc brands of Vista Outdoors. Where is the FTC on this?

I read a couple weeks ago that they had approved the sale. Which with the current state of affairs doesnt surprise me in the least.

They Vista also own Alliant Powders and of course Alliant has shut down the operation of flake powders due to shortage nitrocellulose. Alliant does not make powder...they just get it from suppliers and rebrand it from what I hear. Local gun shop had 3 Lbs. of BE-86 and I picked one up today to replace what I have used of my stash.

Im now seeing that one of the major shareholders of Vista Outdoors is voting against the sale of this. They hold a big number of shares. The other US company that offered more money is where this shareholder wants to go. Im hoping this sale to the foreign company fails

As do I Al, I hate seeing all our manufacturing, especially firearms and munitions companies going overseas.

Looks like this deal has fallen through. I read several articles where the shareholders were totally against it
