Just want to run it thru the gears again on a Summer Saturday night! The sound of the famous Chevy Off Road Z/28 solid lifter cam...the rumbling exhaust note of the Chevy Corvair Turbo 2 1/2 inch mufflers best flowing mufflers of GM. Yes another I should have kept but we didn't think that far ahead when in our 20's.
Found this picture of my 1974 Z/28 last night!

Funny, when the new Camaro and Firebird body styles came out in the 70’s I didn’t care for them. Now, I look at them including your pic forty and just think WOW! Nothing like a narrow minded 20 something to not see just how awesome this design is.

My ex-wife had a Z-28 with some modifications when I met her. It was fast, but had problems all the time.
I don't miss either one.
Nice Z-28 Forty. I wish you could go back like you want.
