Sherline mini lathes and mills 30% off through October 2023

UPDATE SALE EXTENDED THROUGH NOVEMBER 2023. I do not know how long stock will last at this large discount… I would not dally.
If you ever thought about getting a high quality mini lathe or vertical mill, now might be the time. Just about all their products are 30% off - just add the item to your cart to see the discounted price. I have NO idea if certain items will sell out. I suggest that you don’t wait around very long.
I ordered a higher end manual 3”x17” lathe package C, headstock crossfeed and tail stock risers, and a mill attachment.
The savings, even including $137 ground freight, is impressive.
I plan to use this for airgun mods like threading or facing a muzzle, and for making internal parts like bushings or transfer ports. Screws are a possibility, but I am not sure that my skill set is that high. Christmas gifts is definite - Turner’s Cube puzzle:.

The included headstock spindle accepts round bars up to 10 mm (0.405”) but there is a bigger one available that goes to 9/16” (0.625”). But you won’t be doing bigger rifle barrels, nor does it have the power to do so…. It is a hobby tool. With the risers installed you can turn up to 6” diameter soft materials, with the understanding that the motor power is greatly reduced. I have wanted a little lathe for decades, and I got really tired of seeing rusty old Unimats and Sherlines selling for $700 to $1000 on Craigslist and eBay..
The parts are beautiful:
