Good durable spray paint for plastic pistol grips?

I don’t want to invest in Ceracoat for this small project. Any recommendations for a durable chip resistant aerosol paint in Satin Black? I thought about Testors model enamel, but I don’t think it would hold up well. I want to match this closely:

I have ordered a Barra Schofield air pistol to go with the Colt and it comes with faux wood grips, I would like to have a matching pair on my bookshelf.

I have the exact same Colt. I’ve used Krylon camo colors on a few synthetic rifle stocks and it has held up superbly. I’m sure they have a black. The finish is more satin than flat. The rifle below is the forest green.

Redthies, which version of Krylon, there are several, did you use primer?
Was it this?

I ordered two cans of the Fusion, one Matte and one Satin. I will test them on smooth plastic scraps to see how they match and hold up. Worst case, I can paint both sets of grips….

It was their camo paint, like in the photo below. I don’t see satin black in that line, but if you look at the can it says “Made with Fusion Paint” right on the front, so I bet you’re good. No primer, just a quick light wipe with acetone to get oils from hands off and two coats of paint. I let my wife’s friends 14 year old son carry my 7-08 for a few days of Rocky Mountain mule deer season in the snow, and rocks and he didn’t scratch it at all. You’ll be good!
